These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Summit Verification (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
The Service links a Discord account to a Roblox account through Roblox OAuth and may synchronize Discord roles based on a configured Roblox group's public membership and role information.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are allowed to use Roblox and Discord, have authority to link the accounts involved, and comply with applicable law.
Where consent from a parent or guardian is required, you must obtain it before using the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Link or attempt to link an account you do not control.
- Evade verification restrictions or impersonate another person.
- Interfere with, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use automation or deceptive methods to abuse verification or role synchronization.
- Use the Service in violation of Roblox rules, Discord rules, or applicable law.
4. Account linking and role synchronization
You are responsible for choosing the correct Roblox account.
Discord roles are controlled by the configuration and permissions of the relevant Discord server.
A role may be added, removed, or changed when:
- You use
/update. - You unlink an account.
- You leave a Roblox group.
- Your Roblox group role changes.
- A server administrator changes the configuration.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis.
It may be updated, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, legal, platform, or operational reasons.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on Roblox and Discord.
Their outages, API changes, account restrictions, moderation decisions, and terms are outside the Service operator's control.
This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
7. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or preservation of any Discord role or account link.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.
This includes role changes, account restrictions, data loss, or third-party platform actions.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the Service, comply with law or platform rules, respond to misuse, or discontinue the Service.
You may stop using the Service and unlink your account at any time through the available Discord commands.
10. Governing rules
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law.
Mandatory consumer protections and rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised when the Service or applicable requirements change.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
